Running example

If you want to run GAIT using sample file, download sample file.

In terminal, enter GAIT folder and follow like below.

./GAIT input.surv.txt input.expr.txt

Then, output file which is a list of p_values in oreder of gene names will be generated. Your output file can be different from the sample file.

Simulation result

This simulation is based on Receiver operating characteristic. g0201~g0300 are condition-positive and other genes are condition-negative.
case_1, case_2 mean some special condition.

• case_1 : regarding censored data as non-censored

• case_2 : containing only both non-censored data
