Mapping Diagnostic Statement to Concept Code

Description

ECG2CDM is a tool for mapping diagnostic statement of ECG(Electrocardiogram) to concept code of CDM(Common Data model).

There are two methods for determining the diagnostic statement of ECG from ontology: one-to-one correspondence and one-to-many correspondence.
This study focused on these differences and proposed a combined diagnosis labeling and mapping algorithm.
